Collect your order from The Gift Room inside Pacific Pines Newsagency at Pacific Pines Town Centre.

Standard Orders — Free Click & Collect

Standard product orders are prepared Monday to Saturday and are usually ready for collection within 2–3 hours during store opening hours.

During busy periods, preparation may take a little longer.

Select Pick up at checkout and please wait until you receive your ready-for-collection notification before visiting the store.

Balloon Orders — Free Click & Collect

Balloon Gift Boxes are made to order, so advance ordering is strongly recommended.

Same-day collection may be available Monday to Friday for orders placed before 1:00 pm, subject to availability and our workload. Same-day collection is not guaranteed, particularly during peak periods and special occasions.

Saturday collection is available for balloon orders placed in advance. However, balloon orders placed on Saturday cannot be prepared for collection on the same day.

Please add your preferred collection date and time to the order notes at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Australia-wide Shipping

Selected products are available for Australia-wide shipping.

Standard shipping is $14.95 for orders under $119, and free for orders of $119 or more.

Express shipping is $24.95 for orders under $119, and $10 for orders of $119 or more.
