No.
Due to their size and delicate construction, Balloon Gift Boxes are available for Click & Collect only.

How does Click & Collect work?
Select Click & Collect at checkout.
We’ll prepare your order and notify you when it is ready to be collected from Pacific Pines Newsagency.
How long will my Click & Collect order take?
Balloon Gift Boxes ordered before 1 pm are available for same-day collection.
Other eligible orders are usually ready within 2–3 hours.
Preparation may take longer during peak periods.
Are all online products available in store?
Product availability may differ between our website and physical store.

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes.
Selected products can be shipped to addresses across Australia.
Balloon Gift Boxes are available for Click & Collect only.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $14.95 for orders under $119 and free for orders of $119 or more.
Express shipping is $24.95 for orders under $119 and $10 for orders of $119 or more.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes.
Shippable orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.
Normally, Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days and express shipping takes 1-3 business days.
Australia Post will provide an estimated delivery date through your tracking information after dispatch.
What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
